At NSSL Group, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live independently, with the right support behind them. We're looking for a Team Leader to join our supported living service in Leighton Buzzard, helping to lead a team that makes a real difference in people's lives every single day.
About the role:
As Team Leader, you'll support and guide a team of support workers to deliver person-centred care, while also providing hands-on support to the people we work with. You'll help shape shift plans, mentor staff, and make sure the people we support are living the life they choose.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of support workers on shift
- Supporting with rotas, supervisions, and day-to-day team management
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support alongside your team
- Acting as a key point of contact for families, professionals, and management
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity in everything you do
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a support work or team leader role within social care
- A genuine passion for empowering people to live independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A full UK driving licence (desirable, depending on service needs)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
