Are you a dedicated and adaptable primary school teacher in the STAFORD area looking for a flexible role within a supportive school environment?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching across welcoming and well-established primary schools.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering well-planned, engaging and purposeful lessons across Years 3–6
- Maintaining strong classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupil progress during class teachers’ PPA and release time
- Working collaboratively with class teachers, teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition and inclusion
- Ensuring continuity, consistency and high standards in teaching and learning
- Adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
To be successful in this role you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching across Key Stage 2
- Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups
- Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour management and communication skills
- Be able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging and inspiring lessons
- Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential
