Job Summary
RNDTek Ltd is seeking an experienced Advertising & Marketing Associate Professional to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and AI-powered marketing automation. The successful candidate will work closely with management to improve brand awareness, generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and implement innovative marketing solutions using modern AI technologies.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong digital marketing experience, marketing automation expertise, and practical knowledge of AI tools including n8n and ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Create engaging marketing content using AI-powered tools and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build and maintain automated marketing workflows using n8n for lead capture, CRM integration, customer follow-ups, and reporting.
- Use ChatGPT to assist with campaign planning, content creation, marketing copy, keyword research, and customer communications.
- Design marketing assets using Canva Magic Studio and other digital design platforms.
- Manage CRM systems, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and digital marketing trends to continuously improve marketing performance.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing.
- Experience with lead generation and CRM management.
- Practical experience with n8n (mandatory).
- Experience using ChatGPT for marketing and content creation.
- Experience using Canva Magic Studio or similar AI-assisted design tools.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with automated workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and AI-assisted marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is desirable but not essential.
