Job Vacancy: Cleaner/Driver
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner/Driver to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential, as earlier starts may be required depending on the workload. Overtime may also be needed on occasion. The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform void property cleans, ensuring the property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for reoccupation.
- Carry out hospital discharge cleans, preparing properties to a high standard for tenants’ return home.
- Complete deep cleans in various settings.
- Take before and after photos of work completed (own smartphone with data required).
- Report back to management with regular updates and communicate any issues or challenges encountered.
- Transport team members to and from job sites using your own car. Fuel costs are covered while working.
- Maintain cleanliness and high standards in every job.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be able to drive and use your own car for transportation to job sites.
- Must have strong communication skills in English and good customer service skills
- A strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic.

- This role may involve cleaning properties in less-than-ideal conditions, so applicants should have a strong stomach and a positive attitude toward tackling challenging jobs.
- Using your own car is essential.
- A clean, full UK drivers license is essential.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
