About you:

Currently working towards a 2.1 or higher in Finance or Accounting

Part-qualified, with some exams already completed towards CIMA or an equivalent qualification

Some practical experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable

Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good organisational and time-management skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
What you'll do:

Support the preparation of monthly management reports and accounts

Assist in reconciling balances and drafting revenue recognition journals

Process intercompany transactions and monitor intercompany balances
-
Help produce reports on financial and non-financial metrics for management

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including credit control

Contribute to payroll and expenses processing in line with company policies

Monitor departmental budgets and investigate variances

Assist in preparing documents for external audits and maintaining accurate records

Carry out bank reconciliations and support cash flow management
-
Perform routine financial administrative tasks and support broader projects to broaden experience
