Maple pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in Wigston, Leicester. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated part-time Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser (20-30 Hours) Monday- Friday, including working some Saturdays to join our friendly, busy team.
Job Role/Description:
- Dealing with customer queries face to face and over the telephone
- Managing and replenishing stock
- Checking orders and filing away invoices.
- Serving customers over the counter and utilising product knowledge when required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Making up Dossett boxes
- Labelling and dispensing of medication
- Building strong relationships with the GP surgeries and have a passion to help grow the business.
- Essential skills/Qualities:
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- NVQ level 2 in Dispensary
- Be positive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Good team player
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Understand and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Experience
Have worked within a busy pharmacy environment as a dispenser for at least 1-2 years.
