Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's recipes and standards whilst creating your own dishes
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in menu planning and development
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well within a team
