Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information to support their purchasing decisions
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients
- Drive company vehicles for client visits or product deliveries as required
- Organise and manage sales documentation, records, and schedules using IT systems
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Competence in IT systems including MS Office suite and CRM software
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
