Warrington Women’s Aid is seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Domestic Abuse Support Worker to provide specialist support to women experiencing domestic abuse alongside complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
You will deliver trauma-informed support, risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, community outreach, and resettlement support, helping women and their children achieve safety and independence.
We are looking for someone with:

Demonstrable experience supporting women affected by domestic abuse and trauma with complex, intersecting needs.

Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and multi-agency working.

Excellent communication, organisational, and case management skills.

A commitment to empowering women and promoting equality and inclusion.
