Job Purpose
To manufacture high-quality composite components under controlled conditions and established guidelines, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process.
Principle Responsibilities
- Under controlled conditions and guidelines manufacture composites components
- Applying an excellent understanding of good working practices with respect to patterns, moulds, and finished components
- Ability to interpret and work to engineering drawings and process manuals
- Application of skills in both Pre Preg Laminating and vacuum bagging techniques
- Attention to detail and quality standards throughout the production cycle
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with company and HSE guidelines
- Work in an organised and tidy manner
- Any other task as agreed by your manager/supervisor
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Must have previous experience of Pre Preg Composite Laminating practices
- Must be highly motivated to achieve consistent excellent results
- Strong leadership skills
- Leadership experience - desirable
- The ability to coach and train others - desirable
- Problem solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good hand-eye coordination skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible approach to maintain workflow when required

Pay: £30,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
