Duties
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, applicators, and ladders, to reach high or hard-to-access windows
- Clean windows on various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results
- Inspect windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain safety protocols at all times, including proper ladder use and personal protective equipment
- Keep detailed records of completed jobs and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Experience
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate company vehicles is preferred
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor maintenance role is advantageous but not required — training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and outdoor environments
