Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator Apprentice specializing in Recruitment to join our dynamic team. This paid apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in human resources, recruitment processes, and administrative management within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support the recruitment cycle, assist with relationship management, and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard HR systems while contributing to the overall efficiency of our recruitment operations.
Duties
- Assist in lead generation activities to attract potential candidates through various channels, including social media management and outreach campaigns.
- Support the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other databases like Salesforce for effective data management and reporting.
- Coordinate communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Contribute to social media campaigns aimed at promoting job openings and enhancing employer branding.
- Support relationship management efforts by engaging with potential candidates and maintaining positive interactions across multiple platforms.
- Assist in organizing interviews, onboarding sessions, and other administrative tasks related to human resources functions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of lead generation techniques and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Salesforce or similar software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources or recruitment with a proactive attitude toward learning new systems like Workday or Taleo.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
