We are currently looking to recruit a Jewellery Sales Consultant for our family run jewellers based in Hull.
Working with some of today's most recognised fashion brands plus our own jewellery designs, we are looking for a member of staff ideally with retail experience along with excellent customer service, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
This is a customer facing role so; a smart appearance and positive attitude along with a pleasant telephone manner are required.
Previous Jewellery experience is preferable but not essential as full product and service training will be given.
Working Schedule: Full Time - Five days a week including Saturdays, with day off through the week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support their daily operations
- Manage and organise sales documents, contracts, and customer information
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Up-sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts or commissions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales documents and customer information
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
