Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
- Provide additional beauty services such as makeup application and deep tissue massage as required.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries.
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with management tasks such as organising appointments and maintaining client records.
- Support the team with hospitality duties to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential.
- Knowledge of management principles and social media management is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred.
- Additional skills such as makeup application, barbering, or deep tissue massage are desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to upsell treatments and products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work well within a team environment.
