Win as a Team
This is a great opportunity to join our HR function based in Manchester or Liverpool. The HR Partnering Consultant role delivers HR support and coaching to Directors / Managers within established frameworks.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Providing HR coaching and support to Directors / Managers and teams predominantly within a defined business area, although you should be adaptable to work across various departments depending on business needs.
- Deliver day‑to‑day HR activities, including partnering support for ER casework, change implementation, talent cycle tasks, and manager coaching.
- Supporting implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
- Execute defined steps within broader programmes (e.g., restructures, talent reviews).
- Influence line managers/Directors by providing good practice guidance.
- Supporting culture, engagement and team effectiveness through consistent HR delivery.
- Builds trusted relationships at the manager/Director level.
Your skills and experience:
- Solid grounding in core HR policies and processes
- Considerable employee relations capability.
- Good understanding of people practices and employment law.
- Experience working with managers to improve capability.
- Able to manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Good organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills in a dynamic environment.
- CIPD qualification is advantageous.
