Responsibilities
- Offer clear, comprehensive advice on immigration options, requirements, and procedures in line with current regulations.
- Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate immigration applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, application statuses, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently by prioritizing tasks and adhering to strict deadlines through effective time management skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate guidance and maintain compliance.
- Support clients throughout the application process by answering questions promptly and providing ongoing updates.
Experience
- Proven experience in immigration advising or related roles involving legal or administrative support within an IT-enabled environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with IT systems used for case management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Experience working with diverse populations is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for helping others is essential.
