Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of alloy wheels for damage, corrosion, or defects using mechanical knowledge and visual assessment techniques
- Use hand tools and power tools to repair or refurbish wheels, including polishing, sanding, welding, or straightening as needed
- Perform heavy lifting of wheels and related components safely and efficiently during the repair process
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and quality checks completed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in wheel or automotive repairs preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in wheel refurbishment or repair processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine tasks
- Prior experience working in an automotive workshop or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
