Holy Diver is a concept Rock Bar / venue based in the heart of Stockport!
With acts playing at this venue such as Wheatus, Red jumpsuit apparatus, Goldie Lookin' chain, Dougie Poynter from MCFLY, Kyle Gass from Tenacious D. We will also be bringing bigger and better acts with the new venture.
We do require all applicants to be able to work Friday - Sunday!
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere. As we are also a music venue, we are looking for candidates with an interest in music / gigs etc.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
