Join our team as a Machine Operator for Plastic Machines! In this energetic role,
Person will need to be physically fit and a knowledge of Machine would be helpful.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic granulating Machine to produce a chip.
- Adjust machine parameters using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to meet specifications and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, including calibration and cleaning, to prevent downtime.
- Handle raw materials and finished products with proper materials handling techniques, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and tooling to modify or repair machine parts as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality checks in accordance with company procedures.
Skills
- Experience with materials handling, warehouse operations, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of materials used in plastics
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
