Spares Sales Coordinator – Derby
Howardson Group Ltd is looking for an organised, customer-focused Spares Sales Coordinator to join our After Sales team in Derby.
Home to the Dennis, SISIS and Hunter Grinders brands, Howardson Group Ltd is a British manufacturer of professional turf maintenance equipment. This role is central to providing excellent support to our customers and dealer network while ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of spare parts enquiries and orders.
The role:
Working closely with our Spares Team Leader and After Sales Manager, you will help coordinate our day-to-day spares sales operation, from responding to initial enquiries through to order fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer and dealer enquiries by telephone, email and CRM
- Processing spare parts orders, delivery notes and warranty registrations
- Coordinating orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch
- Working with production and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and dealers
- Resolving queries and providing clear, timely updates
- Developing a strong understanding of the Howardson Group product range
- Providing accurate product and spare parts information
- Supporting product training for dealers when required
- Assisting with the assembly of components and sub-assemblies for spare parts orders
- Ensuring assembled components meet the relevant engineering specifications and quality standards
About you

Previous experience in sales support, customer service or sales administration would be beneficial, ideally within a manufacturing, B2B, dealer or distribution environment.
Experience using CRM or business management systems is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the grounds care or turf maintenance industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: £25,420.00-£38,510.51 per year
