Based in Colchester this 4x bedded home is looking to support young people aged 11-18 with EBD needs related to trauma.
The Registered Manager has recently been appointed, and has been praised for how she develops staff and encourages them to grow their personal skillset within residential childcare!
⭐ What you'll need:
- 2 years' experience within an Ofsted regulated children's home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Full UK driving license (recommended)
