Treal Care UK Limited is a CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and compassionate Administrator / Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office while coordinating care services to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain staff rotas using electronic rostering systems.
- Schedule care visits and allocate staff efficiently.
- Liaise with service users, families, staff, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain accurate staff and service user records.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training, DBS checks, Right to Work documentation and professional registrations.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Assist with payroll administration and timesheet verification.
- Support the Registered Manager with audits, compliance and general office administration.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR at all times.
- Participate in the on-call rota where required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a care administration or care coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience within domiciliary care.
- Knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards.
- Experience using electronic care planning or rostering systems (e.g. PASS, Birdie, CM2000, CareLineLive or similar).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Business Administration.
