Job Summary
We’re looking for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic Live Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll help host live auction clothing sales, engage with customers, prepare orders for dispatch and support the day-to-day running of the business.
As a small and fast-growing business, we’re looking for someone who’s happy to get involved in all areas of the business and grow with us.

The Role
As a Live Sales Assistant, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business, including:
- Hosting and assisting with live selling on TikTok, Whatnot and other platforms.
- Engaging with customers during live auctions and responding to enquiries.
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
- Processing, unloading, sorting and organising new stock deliveries.
- Preparing clothing for live sales, including hanging and organising stock.
- Assisting with stock management and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Supporting with general administration and day-to-day business tasks.
- Working independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively within a small team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is confident and comfortable speaking on camera (essential).
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys talking to people.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and remain organised.
- Is reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
- Is confident using social media and technology.
- Previous experience with TikTok, Whatnot or live selling is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Is available to work evenings and weekends (essential).
Location & Hours
- Based in Telford.
- Due to our location, you will need your own transport or a reliable way of travelling to and from work.
- Exact working days and hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
