Here's what your responsibilities in the role would look like:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management
- Discuss invoices and accounts with customers
- Take and process personal payment information from customers and ensure the information is kept safe, secure and confidential
- Contact customers to verify account information
- Adhere to GDPR processes when dealing with customer and tenant information
- Schedule engineer appointments with customers
- General administrative duties
What we require of you:
- Prior non-face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office including high proficiency with email communication and good numerical skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Display exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers on the phone
- An effective time manager, multi-tasker and displaying excellent communication skills is essential
- A resilient nature with experience working in a high-pressured environment
