Duties
- Assisting with general site preparation, including moving materials and equipment as required
- Supporting tradespeople and team members with manual tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Loading and unloading supplies, tools, and materials
- Assisting with basic site maintenance and organisation tasks
- Following health and safety protocols at all times during operations
- Moving materials
- Cleaning and tidying
Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to undertake manual labour over extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar environments is advantageous but not essential
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on-site is desirable
