Lettings Administrator
Carter Williams is an award winning Estate and Letting Agency. Covering Northamptonshire, we are an independent and innovative agency, with our directors taking a hand on, front line role within the business.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Lettings Department. You will be working as part of a small, supportive team, carrying out a vital role in the day-to-day management of our rental properties.
The Role
You will be assisting the lettings team with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records using property management software.
- Managing and updating files, databases, and tenancy records.
- Dealing with property management issues, including arranging repairs and maintenance.
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Conducting property check-ins, routine inspections, and check-outs where required.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including telephone calls and emails.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy is paramount in this role.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain organised in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with confidence using property management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday, with time off in lieu.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
