Pharmacy Delivery Driver
Job type: Self Employed - Monday to Friday 11am - 6pm, (excluding Wednesday's)
Must have a good knowledge of the LE2 6UL area
Must be able to use own vehicle for deliveries and have appropriate insurance.
Job Description
We have a vacancy for a delivery driver to join our team. We are an established and busy group of independent pharmacies which focus on customer care and satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has initiative, knows the area and wants to contribute to a growing business. You will understand the importance of accuracy within our environment, and be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own to deadlines as well as in a team.
Your Main Duties
* Collections from our pharmacies in LE2 6UL area, delivering to the surrounding vicinity
· Plan your route to ensure you deliver in a cost effective and efficient manner
· Prioritise Deliveries in need of urgency, as instructed by the Pharmacist
· Accurate Delivery to patients houses whilst offering great customer service at the door step
· Relay any issues to the Pharmacist
· Collections from Dr’s surgeries with a professional, friendly approach.
Essential Requirements
· A Full Clean Driving Licence held for a least three years
· A high standard of English and communication skills
· Able to understand the importance of customer confidentiality
· Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines
· Able to keep accurate records of deliveries, ensuring a signature is given on delivery
Desirable Skills and Requirements
· Previous delivery experience
· Previous experience of working with in a customer environment, preferably with many interactions in a day.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
