The role of Payroll Administrator:
- Working closely with the Payroll Manager to support the end-to-end monthly payroll process
- Collating information and accurately inputting data for starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, and deductions
- Processing payments including statutory sick pay and absence-related payments
- Responding to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring full compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures
- Collaborating with the Payroll Manager to support improvements in systems and process
The ideal Payroll Administrator:
- Previous experience within an end to end payroll administration
- Experience with payroll systems and HR/payroll software
- Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
