Role Purpose
Playing a key role in our busy warehouse operation, you will be working alongside our friendly, professional team unloading our container deliveries, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders at our warehouse based in Edenbridge, Kent. This role is a Fixed Term Contract up until Christmas.
Job Description
As a Warehouse Operative you will be working across the entire warehouse operation, including our picking, packing and dispatch areas. You’ll be deployed on each shift where we need you most!
You will need to be able to take direction from your Team Leader and work at pace.
You also need to have the capacity to work independently once you are familiar with our processes and how to complete them.
Our customers expect and deserve that care is given to the items and orders that are dispatched, so you need to have attention to detail and a desire to give our customers a very positive and happy experience.
Person Specification
Previous work within a warehouse would be beneficial, although not essential. We will provide full training for the tasks that you need to carry out.
This is a physically demanding position which involves lifting, carrying and walking (lots of walking!) our Warehouse Operatives can often walk over 15,000 steps in a single shift so we require a level of physical ability and fitness that will allow you to complete the necessary tasks.
You need a good understanding of the English language.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
