Rotary Repair Co-ordinator
Location: Woodmancote, BN5 (Office-based during probation, hybrid available afterwards)
Salary: circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
Part-time - 3 days (24 hours) per week
At Hayward & Green Aviation, we supply aircraft parts that keep helicopters in the air - and we need a highly organised admin superstar to help manage our growing rotary repair operations.
What you’ll do:

Arrange, track, and follow up repair orders for helicopter/aircraft parts

Research and liaise with suppliers to secure competitive prices and great service

Monitor repair timelines and chase up outstanding items to keep things moving

Keep accurate records across multiple systems and report progress

Support the Rotary Contracts Manager in delivering world-class customer service

Build knowledge and relationships in the aviation industry, including the chance to attend trade shows
You’ll need:

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence using IT systems (e.g. Excel, business software)

Minimum 1 year in an admin, logistics, or project coordination role

A-Level education or equivalent, with English and Maths GCSEs (Grade 4/C+)

A full UK driving licence (our office is in the countryside!)
