We are looking for a Childrens Support Worker, to work with a staff team and children in a 3 Bed Childrens Home.
The home cares for children aged 8-17 with Emotional Behavioural Disorder (EBD), with good facilities, care plans, and a passionate and committed team.
The role involves working shifts, working one to one with young people including adhering to care plans, taking them out in the community when needed, and also working with staff members. There is plenty of progression for the right person and you will be supported by management, into management too!
Rota is usually 2 on, 4 off with paid sleeps at £60- expect to earn between £32-34k per year including just doing the pattern. This is a permanent role with continued progression and a real chance to make a difference.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience working with young people preferred but not essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle- Essential
