Bell Truck Sales is looking for a highly organised and proactive Truck Sales Support colleague to join our Truck Sales Department at Team Valley. This is a varied role supporting the smooth and efficient running of the department, helping the team meet sales targets and deliver excellent service to customers.
About the role
As Truck Sales Support, you will work closely with the sales team, workshop, contractors, customers and wider Daimler Truck UK contacts to help progress sold vehicles from order through to delivery. You will support administration, coordination and communication across the department, ensuring paperwork, records and updates are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
· Liaising with the sales team, workshop and external contractors to progress sold vehicles.
· Keeping accurate records of sales, orders and vehicle progress.
· Producing subcontract orders and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
· Arranging PDI work and liaising with workshops to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.
· Producing warranty documentation and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed correctly.
· Arranging and assisting with vehicle deliveries, including pick-up and drop-off where required.
· Supporting sales administration, reporting on sales numbers and units, and preparing presentations.
· Managing emails, diaries and queries in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
· Maintaining a tidy, safe working area and following company health and safety procedures.
· Attending relevant company or Daimler Truck UK meetings and training when required.

· Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
· Good attention to detail and the ability to manage paperwork accurately.
· A proactive, helpful approach and the ability to work efficiently in a busy sales environment.
· Good IT skills, including email, diary management and preparing reports or presentations.
· A commitment to working safely, legally and in line with company procedures.

Pay: £26,436.80-£29,000.00 per year
