Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen.
- Handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others is crucial for success in this role.
