Summary
We are seeking a Bar Person to join our small but passionate team at Rock & District Sports Bar in Rock. This role is essential in delivering excellent service to our patrons and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Support the team during sporting events and busy times.
- Promote a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or bar service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Enthusiasm for sports and social activities is a plus.
