OTE: £45,000+ (Uncapped)
Hours: Full Time | Every 3rd Saturday (Day in Lieu During the Week)
Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for a Sales Property Valuer / Assistant Manager to join one of Stafford's leading estate agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys winning instructions, valuing homes, building client relationships and supporting the day-to-day running of a successful branch.
As a Sales Property Valuer / Assistant Manager you will:
- Carry out residential market appraisals and property valuations
- Win new property instructions and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Support the Branch Manager with the daily running of the office
- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Generate new business through networking, canvassing and referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator, Lister, Assistant Manager or similar Estate Agency role
- Proven track record of winning instructions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ambitious, target driven and commercially minded
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £30,000 basic salary
- £45,000+ realistic OTE with uncapped commission
