Learning & Development Business Partner
We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £39,050 per year.
Reporting to the Organisation Development & Learning Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering learning and development activities, monitoring training compliance, and providing an excellent customer experience for all stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with internal departments and external providers, the postholder will identify learning and development needs and the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to deliver effective services. The role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering learning interventions that drive continuous improvement, promote consistency, and support successful service outcomes.
Working within the wider People and Culture Team this role requires close working relationships with the Human Resources and Health and Safety Teams.
To be successful in the role of Learning & Development Business Partner you will educated to a minimum Level 5 CIPD in Learning & Development or other training related certification or have the equivalent experience. And be qualified in training in Train the Trainer certification.
