The role is 12-18 hours per week and you must be available on the 14th-16th of August.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the guest experience
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and customer satisfaction is prioritized
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials, to answer guest inquiries confidently
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to serve guests with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices within food handling environments
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests alike
- Enthusiasm for creating welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews
Pay: £12.71 per hour
