The Role
As our Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities across industrial, service and construction sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting prospective customers by telephone to introduce our services.
- Identifying decision-makers and qualifying new sales opportunities.
- Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients.
- Visiting prospective customer sites
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying where Brooklands Service Group can add value.
- Working independently to generate your own pipeline of opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Representing Brooklands Service Group professionally and confidently at all times.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within industrial, construction, facilities management or service-based industries.
- A confident and adaptable telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A natural ability to spot sales opportunities and turn conversations into business.
- Strong self-motivation and the initiative.
- Confidence when meeting customers face-to-face.
- A positive, driven and resilient attitude.
- A full UK driving licence.
