Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our First Class Learning Education Centre. This pivotal role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional client service, maintaining financial health, and upholding the highest standards educational progress. As the Centre Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and student sucess. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver outstanding service while ensuring the centre operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of tutors and students, administrative staff, and support personnel to ensure seamless daily operations
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, expense control, and revenue tracking to meet financial targets
- Implement human resources practices such as recruitment, staff training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare guidelines
- Develop and execute operational procedures to optimize client experience, appointment scheduling, and facility maintenance
- Manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment to ensure availability without excess stock
- Promote team development through ongoing training initiatives and mentorship programs
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a management role within an education or care enviroment.
- Strong background in management with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Experience in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Experience or familiarity with education practices is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and build positive relationships with clients
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.75-£30.00 per hour
