We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills and pride themselves in good spelling and grammar.
Typing skills should be good, accurate and fast. The role involves coordinating administrative functions related to Apprenticeship Training and Compliance. This position offers an opportunity to join a specialist and dedicated team, optimise administrative processes, and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.
Duties
- Administrative, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service
- Manage training application records, and processes
- Oversee claims/answering telephone calls
- Coordinate with sales to ensure seamless scheduling and record-keeping for applications
- Follow administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative issues
Qualifications
- Good GCSE's, A levels or a Degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
