Role Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will contact applicants, build rapport, and move candidates through the recruitment process efficiently. This role suits competitive individuals who thrive in KPI-heavy environments and enjoy high activity levels.

What You Need

Strong phone skills

2 years contact centre experience is a plus

Competitive, ambitious and results-driven

Comfortable working with KPIs

Clear communication (English)

Experience in sales, customer service or high-volume call centres is a plus

DBS check required (covered by Verisure)
