Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and health requirements
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition for residents or clients
- Maintain clear, positive communication with residents, families, and team members to promote a warm and trusting environment
- Use IT systems to accurately document care activities, updates, and any changes in residents’ conditions
- Drive company vehicles when required to support home care visits or transportation needs
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for documentation and interaction purposes
- Basic IT skills for recording care activities and updating records accurately
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with residents and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to adapt support accordingly
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to assist others in a caring manner

Pay: From £13.32 per hour
Work Location: In person
