Duties
- Assist with the preparation and marking of various surfaces using specialized equipment and materials
- Learn how to operate line marking machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all operations
- Contribute to site inspections, ensuring markings are accurate, neat, and durable
The pay is £16.71 per hour, with an additional 25% payrise for hours worked between 6pm and 6am Monday to Friday, making it £20.89 per hour.
Weekend rates are even higher:
Saturday & Sunday, 6am–6pm: 25% payrise.
Saturday & Sunday, 6pm–6am: 50% payrise.
Your pay will also increase when you become qualified.
The shifts are 6am–4pm and 6pm–4am, with some nights working away across Devon. Accommodation is fully paid for, and you’ll receive £25 per night towards food.
The only requirement is a full driving licence – all training will be provided.
