About the Role
As an Activity Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. You’ll help plan and deliver a varied programme of activities that promote independence, enjoyment, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Support seasonal events, outings, and celebrations
- Encourage resident participation and build strong relationships with families and local groups
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and feedback
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities align with individual care plans
