Requirements:

Experience in Adult Social Care, Supported Living, Residential Care, or similar environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

Strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable adults.

Willingness to complete the full compliance process before starting.
