Job Summary

Duties

- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational demands

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in commercial cleaning or facility management roles
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, safety regulations, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt schedules based on operational needs and emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities management or safety are a plus
