Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their specific carpet and flooring needs.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable products.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organised merchandising displays that are attractive and easy to navigate.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide advice on colour coordination, design ideas, and installation options.
- Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow organisational procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently.
- Basic maths skills for handling measurements, pricing, and quotations accurately.
