Fire Door Remedial Joiner / Joinery Improver
Location: Liverpool (Company based in Oldham, Greater Manchester)
Job Type: Temporary (with the potential for ongoing work)
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Eminent Joinery Ltd is looking for a Joiner or Joinery Improver to join our team on a fire door remedial works project in Liverpool.
Previous experience with fire doors is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants must have experience working with timber doors and general joinery, be a quick learner, and be willing to work to current fire door regulations and high-quality standards.
Duties:
- Carrying out fire door remedial works
- Adjusting fire doors, frames and hinges
- Fitting and replacing smoke seals
- Completing remedial works to ensure fire doors meet current regulations
- Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Experience with timber doors and general joinery
- Fire door experience preferred
- Quick learner with a good work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and transport
- CIS registered with a valid UTR number
