We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Executive to join a fantastic team based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing corporate client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of relocation services for assigned accounts and identifying opportunities to strengthen client engagement and programme growth.
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client policies, objectives and service requirements to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, service reviews and business discussions, providing professional advice and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client programmes, improve service delivery and increase client engagement.
- Support account growth, client retention initiatives, industry networking and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and contribute to departmental revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor client feedback, proactively address concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Account Management & Service Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of relocation services in accordance with client policies, programme requirements and service level agreements.
- Work closely with operational teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client and employee experience.
- Support the implementation of new clients, programme enhancements, policy updates and operational initiatives.
- Proactively identify, manage and resolve service issues, risks and escalations.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve service delivery.
Technology, Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate client records, account documentation and programme data within MAI, CRM platforms and other operational systems.
- Prepare client reports, business reviews and performance presentations, including quarterly and annual account reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators, service level agreements and programme metrics.
- Analyse account data and trends to identify risks, opportunities and recommendations for improvement.
- Support invoice queries, cost tracking, account reconciliations and general account administration as required.
Essential
- 2+ years' experience in account management, customer success, relocation, global mobility or a client-facing professional services role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with confidence using technology and data.
- A motivated, ambitious individual who enjoys solving problems and delivering results
