Do you want a job where you earn top dollar and love coming to work?
It sounds great but it doesn't always seem to work out that way.
I know your story because I've lived it.
When I was employed with a company I used to do my jobs to my own high standard but I often went home feeling like just another number, with little thanks or recognition for a job well done.
I had lots of ideas but we barely met together as a team to see how we could improve as a company, and there was little communication with my boss.
There was often talk of extra training but it never seemed to happen. We all just trucked along, going from job to job, day after day.
Of course, I was paid ok for my efforts, but I felt very little job satisfaction. Something was always missing.
I thought changing companies and getting paid more could be the answer. Sure, the extra money would help initially, but I still didn't find what I was looking for – same story, different job.
Sound at all familiar?
Whether you're a qualified Electrician or an Approved Electrician (JIB Gold Card) looking for a fresh start with a company that values the contribution you make and invests in your development, this role could be perfect for you… if you've got what it takes!
We're Dorset's #1 Electrical Company and our business is booming. We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands!
Both our service and maintenance side and our project side are booming, and we've got big plans to make 2026 a great year.
We've been in business for over 6 years, and to be honest, we started out as just another company that hired electricians for more money, invested minimally, and would eventually lose our best people. After learning the hard way, we realised that company culture and communication are what separate the leaders in this industry from everyone else. We've since built out a proper support structure behind our electricians — dedicated project management, finance, and quality sign-off — so you're backed by a real team, not just a boss and a van.
Here's why working with us will be the best career move you ever make:
- Earn £19-£25 per hour – we pay top rates
- A clear, structured pay-progression path so you always know what's next and what it takes to earn more
- Company vehicle & company uniform provided
- Up to a £500 tool allowance
- A paid day off for your birthday
- Regular CPD training to sharpen your industry skillset
- A boss who looks after you
- Clear progression bands and coaching

- Above average sense of humour!
- Team players who can think on their feet
- Trustworthy and good communicators
- Proficient and able to work to a deadline
